Design Our Poster

 

DEADLINE:  May 31, 2008 (no exceptions)

 

FOUR ITEMS MUST APPEAR IN YOUR DESIGN:

1.   3RD Annual Art On The Square

     (predominant, preferably near top)

2.   Saturday, September 6, 2008 (large)

     10:00am to 4:00pm (smaller)

3.   Produced and presented by Art On The Square, inc. (Cultural not-for-profit organization)

4.   Athens, Alabama

 

SIZE:   Vertical 14” x 22”

 

 

COLOR/PRINTING:  Up to four (4) colors of your choice.  (Black is considered a color.  White is not.)  

 

OTHER INSTRUCTIONS:  Designs must be entirely original.  The design must be camera ready as a finished product.  Your name, address and two (2) telephone numbers must be predominantly mounted on the back of your entries.  If attending a school please indicate which one.

 

DELIVER TO:  Art On The Square, 112 West Market St., Athens, AL 35611 or Sassy’s Fraz 108 West Market St., Athens, AL  35611, in person.  If it is necessary to mail your design, send to: Art on the Square, Inc., PO BOX 1560  , Athens, AL 35612.

 

NOTE:  The winning design becomes the “exclusive” property of Art On The Square (AOTS).  By entering this contest you are giving AOTS the “exclusive” rights to the use of the winning design and you will transfer ownership for copyright purposes.  The winning design may also be used for the tee shirt design and show promotions.
